Economic agency means that women have the capacity to make choices that represent their best interests.

All around the globe, economic agency is limited and constrained. This was felt acutely by the founders of Full Potential, a group of five Iranian friends living in the diaspora. Since its founding in 2018, Full Potential has grown to encompass women and gender non-conforming people from all corners of the SWANA.
